We're unearthing Avoros through a series of interconnected experiences, each one digging deeper into different aspects of the dungeon, uncovering different systems, and gradually revealing what lies beneath.
Think of them as expeditions into different strata of the same world. Each one stands on its own, but together they're excavating the path to the full Avoros experience.
Status: In Final Testing
The first descent. A bite-sized roguelike that establishes the tone of Avoros: quick decisions, meaningful consequences, and a world that doesn't take itself too seriously even when it's trying to kill you.
What we're discovering: Core choice mechanics, daily engagement loops, and whether the Avoros vibe resonates.
Status: Early Development
The foundation layer. Here we uncover the shared systems that power everything else: the dungeon generation logic, progression frameworks, and the infrastructure that connects all these strata together.
What we're discovering: How to make procedural dungeons feel handcrafted, and how to excavate a world that reveals itself over time.
Status: Concept Phase
A tactical infiltration experience where every move counts and every failure leaves a mark. Tight, turn-based encounters put you in a corporate citadel where you must plan your escape while your mistakes become part of the world.
What we're discovering: Tactical tension, limited resource decision-making, and how player actions can leave permanent marks in the stone.
Status: Concept Phase
One crawler. One descent. A survival roguelike about descending into infinite, shifting depths with a half-broken suit and dwindling supplies. Manage oxygen, light, and sanity as you scavenge wreckage and battle horrors that adapt to your tactics.
You won't escape. But when you fall, your data transmits back to the surface, expanding the world's knowledge and unlocking new possibilities for the next Rookie.

The deepest layer. An MMO-scale dungeon where all these excavated systems converge. Daily challenges, tactical encounters, survival crawls, and broadcast events all exist in the same persistent, ever-shifting space.
This is what we've been digging toward all along.
Each expedition lets us uncover ideas in isolation, iterate based on what we find, and verify the integrity of each layer before digging deeper. It also means you get to explore sooner, and we get to discover together what lies beneath.
Daily Dungeon's reception will inform where we dig next with Echo's Escape. Echo's Escape will reveal the path to Rookie's Run. By the time we reach Avoros Dungeon Prime, we'll have excavated it together—one layer at a time.
Each excavation layer reveals itself at its own pace. We don't have exact dates, and we'd rather unearth something remarkable than rush the dig. Each experience will be complete and worth exploring on its own, even as it hints at deeper chambers below.
